Just came across these.
I actually like these unique blown out portraits, mainly because of the pretty model's natural pose and interesting clothing. The B&W one is very engaging - I'd like to see it with more contrast, as the backlighting and flare has greatly diminished the texture particularly in the top half of the portrait. This is also happening with #2, but #3 came out alright, even if a touch oversaturated.
It may well be the model that makes these portraits work, and if she were posed the same with the softbox in front and a complementary background behind, we'd see a very different style of portraiture. These in themselves are at least unique.
