Looking for some critique on these photos taken in Wyoming.

The first one lacks any really interesting features.

The second one has the various rocks and the meandering river for interest, but it needs to have the horizon leveled. It might also benefit from a bump in contrast.

The last one also in generally uninteresting, and has a lot of plain sky.

Composition wise, the second one works best for me. Awesome place. Could get some great shots on a good sky day!

#1 is indeed quite featureless and not so effective, but #2 is a beautiful scene - I wonder how this would look with a slight crop to remove the excessive foreground rock that seems to get in the way of a beautiful midground scene, and left in colour. It would have been even better with a higher vantage point (if possible) to accentuate the curvature of the creek.

agree with above coments also use a poloriser to bring out the sky and increase detail in the rocks you could also use a ND filter.
