After some C&C I made some adjustment on the background and the reflection.... here is the final version!

Interesting.

I would suggest removal of the white frame line; I think it diminishes the strength of Narcissus.

The water ripples could be less pronounced or even absent.

Finally, let us not forget about healthy narcissism... LOL

Well done.
The water ripples are OK to be there IMO, but indeed not so strong an effect.
From this resolution it's hard to tell, but the focus may be on the edge of the water trough while the head of the figure is a little blurry. Stopping down further would have overcome this.
