Darker image of icicles look like scarly weapons to protect my house.

Good textures portrayed here.
The processing has dulled contrast, but otherwise is quite pleasant.
The background is slightly distracting, which could have been made less of a feature by opening the aperture to f/8 or even f/5.6 if the plane of focus remained constant between the icicles.
Nice overall.
