People Cotton Candy... gone

You could label this one "The Calm Before the Storm". I like the expression and lighting, but not crazy about the arch in the background, draws your eye away from the subject a little to much. I also like the way the bricks on the ground give depth to the photo without being distracting. Perhaps cropping a little lower and dropping exposure on the remaining column would help? Either way I like it and it had me go back and give it the double and triple look, which I consider a good thing.

LOL, spoken like someone with kids! I agree, crop off the top some more to bring the focus directly to the little boy but it's an excellent shot.
