I personally think #1 is alright although it can be debated if the bushes contrast well with the windmills to make it more interesting, or if they are clashing instead. It is not obvious that the horizon is level. Processing to make the snow brighter and the colours warmer might help.

#2 the snow is a bit dull, but I think the interplay with the clouds is interesting, otherwise the picture is hard to read as there is a lack of scale; the green things in the foreground are hard to identify as shrubs, bushes or trees.

#3 lacks a central point of focus and has some merge artifacts with the wires.
