Nature A little bird

Any suggestions? Im new to DSLR world, so any comments will be appreciated.

Welcome to the DSLR world! The good news about your request for critique is that shot has plenty to talk about.
It seems the focus is actually on the thick vertical branch, not the bird, who is partially obscurred anyway.
Generally a view where you can see the eyes is more interesting than a backside shot.
The subject bird is quite small in that tangle of branches and IF it were in focus would require a hard crop to be more noticable.
All the branches are too much of a distraction.

If birdee had moved to the left 8" and turned around it would have given you a much better angle to show him off. Keep shooting, keep posting. This is how we learn.
