I recommend trying to isolate the Marine Corps monument and the Liberty Bell from their background. Also, in both the Marine Corps photo and bell photo, I'd prefer that the background, if so clearly visible, did not tilt.
Possible techniques: use a tripod, different ISO and larger aperture to blur the background. Have the camera positioned significantly lower, trying to avoid having the tall building and the tree branches visible in the background. For the Liberty Bell photo, shift camera position so the distracting red object is masked by the bell.
If you reshoot the Morris statue photo, it would be desirable if the cars were not visible.
For the photo of the inscription on the staircase, you might choose to shift the camera angle slightly to eliminate the handrail at left and include the small portion of the ornamental etching which the handrail now obscures.
