I wanted to have some Synchronized blur....

I like the idea of the shot. however, I think there's a few things that could be better.

Firstly, the background is messy. With a shutter speed so slow this would really have benefited from a tripod. Also you have an extra foot on the right which detracts from the picture.

Secondly, with a bit of PP you could improve the picture. In my opinion a quick tweak of the curves to enhance the contrast and a pass of unsharp mask.

Lastly, there are some dust spots in your picture that should really not be in your picture. Most obvious of which is on the left guards jacket near the top left of the picture.

Hopefully you will get a chance to try this shot (or a similar one) again as I think your idea is great and could turn out nicely.
