This is a really nice picture, although it might be even more dramatic if there was a particular element of interest in the foreground (maybe a building for example.) Of course there wasn't, and there wasn't much you could do about that.

You might try cropping just a little off the bottom and more off the top, and maybe see if you like it with a little more detail in the foreground.

But it's also good pleasing just the way it is.

I actually went back to the RAW file to work on it some more. I took Pauls suggestion and cropped it! Here are the results.

Both versions are good. I suggest taking more of a rule-of-thirds approach with the crop, leaving more of the sky in. (Also because I like the transition to darker sky above.)
