Vignette Blur filter of Nik Software's Color Efex Pro 3.0 was used. A little work also was done in iPhoto.

Hi. A pleasing image. I like the darkening of the background and soft focus and the complimentary colors yellow/purple. Without reshooting this to rearrange some elements: I took a quick look to confirm the levels are low on the histogram which leaves the image kind of dark and muddy in the yellows. The histogram stops short, if you drag the right stop mark to the left or hit auto on a levels layer it will brighten things up and give more punch. If that lightens up the background too much apply a layer mask and just reveal the flowers.
