A pleasant scene. The shot is colourful and interesting.
A different (higher/lower) perspective may have given an even better twist to the scene, and it's worth considering the composition of the image to avoid non-complementary or 'empty' parts to the frame, such as the stream at bottom right.

I think the photograph would be even be even better if cropped up a bit from the bottom, eliminating the pipe at bottom center.

@ASH - Yeah, I would have loved a different angle (lower) but I could not get there (restrictions on access).
@SMF - I may give that a shot. I have already cropped it a bit, but I hate making photos odd sizes.
