Bridge over the Rhine
Lens: K 24 f/2.8 Camera: K7 Photo Location: Konstanz, Germany ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: >6s Aperture: F11

I took this image with the intention to use the bridge as a diagonal. Now I'm looking at picture and I'm not sure if it works especially in regard of the tilt. So, what are your thoughts on this pic? What do you think of the composition?
Thanks,
David

Personally, I like this. The curves are smooth and the reflection is nice, as is the mood, making this much more than just a picture of an ordinary bridge.

I can see how some might think that there's not much of a focal point, but as I said earlier, I still think this works.

Thanks for your comments, Adam. And your totally right about the lack of a focal point. In the situation I liked the light, reflection and mood. With the tilt I tried to give a little more pep to an otherwise boring image. I'm glad you liked it.

Sorry, but I cannot help feeling uneasy when looking at a tilted bridge.

I like the unexpected slope at the right end of the bridge. When I read that you wanted diagonal I thought of a straight diagonal, but I prefer the way you have it here as, for me, it adds more interest and makes me wonder about the design of the bridge.
