B&W or heavy post processing?
Lens: SMC Pentax-DA 35mm F2.4 AL Camera: K10d Photo Location: Utah ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/2000s Aperture: F4 

I can't decide between the black and white of the heavy post processing. I do think I just missed the DOF on these pics but I hope the foreground is not too distracting.

I agree with you about missing the focus point. Although I have a tendency to like the b&w images more, I think the heavily processed image takes some of the emphasis off the foreground.

Very nice composition though.

Tilt it to level your horizon . That will bring the OOF drift wood over into the corner and remove a bit of it. It will then actually help to move the viewer's eye.
