Hi

Both images have good focus on the main subject and are bright and colouful. If I may make a couple of suggestions. No 1 could use a slightly different angle of view to remove the motor vehicle from the background. Although blurred it is still obvious what it is and it does not really belong in the scene. No 2 could have the flower spike on the bottom left removed. I am not sure on the leaves produding from the top right corner either. They tend to drag attention away from from the flower itself.

I agree.
One option is to bring with you a sizable card — either plain or one on which you have mounted a photograph of out-of-focus grass to serve as a neutral background. You could recruit someone to hold the card or you could support it with a tripod or some other device.
