That is a nice shot, my only thing is the lead horse is very close to the edge of the frame, I think it would be better if you had left space and not cropped in to tightly.

The white balance seems a bit warm, if indeed the carriages and snow are white.

I agree about the lack of leading spaces for the horse, and would call into question the chosen aspect ratio - 4x6 would remove a lot of the empty space in the street.

Boosting the shadows would add some detail back into the horse and the interior of the carriages as well - a bit more aggressive sharpening or local contrast would be effective as well, as there is a lot of white and off-white in the frame.

I agree, and it's my fault! There was a girl in strippy pajama type pants very close to the horse, I should have asked her to move but tried to cut her out, it looked o/k in the view finder.

For some reason the photo is a lot darker here than on my pc, but I get the point about the interior.
