I think a plain background would suit better, the bands right and left spoil it for me.

Welcome to the forum!
I think the photo would be even more effective without the band at left (which I think you could crop out). The photo might be a bit too narrow if you also eliminate most of the dark area at right, but I think that's worth a try.
If reshooting is an option, I suggest a plain background plus a higher ISO or more light, which would allow an aperture such as f4 or f5.6. (Sharpness is pretty good as is, but I think you might like even greater sharpness of the bottle cap.)
