Well second BW looks better =)
But I still prefer color version =)

+1 but since both color and B&W version have their own charisma, this is simply a very good image

Great photo in color, and also fantastic in BW. What did you use to convert the BW? Thanks.

Thank you dannn. The image was converted using Silver Efex Pro linked to LR3. On the first one, I (wrongly) used a high structure preset. On the second one, I started from the neutral version and tweeked the structure, contrast and brightness.
