Cityscape K-7 Night Shot

Took the K-7 out for its first outing last nite took a bunch of late but not dark shots but the last one is on the dark side of time
shot at 200 ISO for 2.seconds ran thru LTRM 4.1 used noise control in LTRM 4.1 . comments welcome here

There is nothing to catch the eye here. The dark parts of the scene are too dark, and the bright lights drown out what I'm supposing the subject of the photo is: the carousel. Overall the image is just too busy and blury and leaves the eye searching for something. When your viewer can't latch onto something, he just moves onto the next image.

I'd suggest doing a longer exposure maybe to capture the motion of the carousel. I'd personally move up closer and focus on a piece of the carousel. Anything really to isolate a subject better from the rest of the frame.
