Any comments are very welcome and appreciated. Few people told me that I should take photo of her from front site and that this is looking weird, But reason was her hair and not face. So what do you think

To me the shot also doesn't work. Yes you can her hair, but that's it. it doesn't sparkle, to me there is no life in the pic

There are several reasons why this image may not work. First off, it is consciously clear that your main focus was on the girl with the dreads. However, compositionally she's looking into the frame and leading us along the very strong leading lines already in the image to the out-of-focus older couple in the background - kind of making them the main focus instead. This creates an inherent conflict in the viewer. Another issue is that while her shirt stands out nicely against a darker background, the main topic (her hair) completely blends in with the background.

Main conclusion: when you're shooting someone from behind and want to make them the main focus you have to work at actually making them the center of attention, otherwise they will just act to point to somewhere else in the image. Also, you have to clearly separate the main object/person from the background, here they blend into each other too much.
