Cool perspective. I might have been inclined to crop out the background & just zoom in on the bridge. Then the eye can 'play' among the lines & arches without being distracted off to the side with the bright blues & buildings.

I like that much better. Now all the lines & textures of the bridge show up better, the little blips of sunlight lead your eye back through the arches... You feel like you're really inside the structure & I think viewers would pay much more attention to the elements of the bridge -- after all, that's what the picture is about & now you've removed the extraneous stuff. Yep, cropped image is much better, the original had too much distraction on the outside. Good job on the exposures too, the sun vs shadow areas are both well exposed without looking "too HDR", well done!

Another vote for the cropped image. Very cool. It would be an interesting study to spend a few hours in that spot and capture the same scene as the lighting angles varied during the day.
