Lovely shot, her eyes are stunning. Pleasant lighting.

Two improvements:

1. The white balance seems a tad too blue.

2. I would remove the few hairs that cross her neck on her left side.

I like the girl...gorgeous...the eyes...beautiful.....the focus....not too sharp...just right...the background...it's very fitting for her eye color.....if there is anything not to like about that shot, I haven't been able to find it.

I didn't notice them until they were pointed out, but I agree this would help.

Otherwise a very nice shot. There are elements that individually sort of bother me - the angle of her head, the centering of her head in the shot, but once put all together seem to work well in making this a different sort of portrait.
