I would have preferred the picture without the added grain although I like the B&W

Does not do much for me, but I would try to clone out the moles on her chin (unless you are giving a copy to her).

Too much loss of detail I'm afraid. The subject also looks too 'distant' to be engaging with the viewer.

Thanks for comments and suggestions.
History photos
-The model is drawn from the original photos
-My decision was uppermost, make a portrait in B & W mode
-After that I decided that because of the physiognomy of models, processing photo in the soft version
Version with added noise was just one of the concepts.

I have enclosed a "origal" cleansed of moles on the face.
