Morning Hunt

First hawk with the K-30. He didn't stick around long so I didn't get any full-length captures.

Sorry about the previous set being so freakin' dark. I just realized my monitor slipped it's calibration and was making things really bright. These are corrected copies after recalibration.

Once again nice images Gary. I really like the way it has it's head cocked on the second image. These are wonderful!

Thanks very much, Kim. I'm kind of concerned now about the images I've been posting. I don't know when my monitor dropped it's calibration. I just noticed it this morning but it may have been going on for a while.

I haven't noticed any issues on the other images you've posted recently that I've commented on. Hopefully it hasn't been going on for very long. And being a newbie to all of this, I ought to learn more about monitor calibration!

Wow - one of these days I hope to get some shots that are this good. How close were you to this bird?

Thanks very much. I was about 18-20 feet from him.
