The technical quality of the image is certainly very clean and the water was rendered nicely. But I think I must respectfully disagree with jford; the cables lead in a few different directions and the frame is too low to really capture the converging lines. The compressed perspective also lends the image a flatness that has my sort of wandering around without having any focal points onto which to latch. I can certainly appreciate that shooting at a fixed 200mm is a bit limiting, and I can do like that there is nothing but the water in the background, but I wonder if crouching down and aiming a little higher might have resulted in a better image. I can't say that with certainty since I wasn't there, though!
