Flower - First nicer photograph of one.
Lens: Super Multi Coated Takumar 50mm f/1.4 Camera: Pentax K-30 Photo Location: Reading, PA Museum ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/3000s Aperture: F1.8

Well let me know what you think of this one with the Super Tak. This is truly the first flower type of photograph I dare put in here. But go at it. Let me know. The aperture is anywhere in between 1.4 and 2.0, can't remember.

Very nice! My very favorite flower shot is with my SuperTak 55. Something about those Taks!

Lovely example of what this lens is capable of, still, where is my critique? =)

Love the play of light and shadows in ^^^ and I got a 55mm f/1.8 too, got to get it out more often.

I like the image. You might want to consider cropping out the petal at far right in the background. I find it to be distracting.
Best wishes.

I like it. The colour seems a bit unusual -- green seems more olive-y than verdant-foliage green... but could be my screen. I like the overall effect & think your DOF & focus are good.
