It looks pretty good to me. I agree about a sliver from the foreground sand, but really not much at all. There appears to be a bit of vignetting particularly evident in the bottom corners, which I think would be better removed. I rather like the gentle colours in the pool, I think reflections would overcomplicate the image.

It is difficult to comment on the ideal framing since we cannot see what is left and right. It does feel too squeezed though, cutting through the rock on the left and the poole edge right needs more room too. This scene looks a good candidate for a square ratio to me.
