Still learning, tried this shot from across the river at dusk.

I think there is too much water. I might try cropping some of the bottom and right side.

The horizon appears a bit off.

Horizon is a bit off (easy fix), and I would be curious to see what it would look like with less foreground water, too.

Interesting framing and shutter/iso/aperture choice. Hard to make out much detail with the size of the image provided, so not much else can be critiqued.... nice looking blues though.

I thought so too, at first; but the buildings are perpendicular in the frame. I think the shoreline may be curved, or V shape giving the illusion of being straight but tilted.

That is what the skew function is for.
