I would suggest working on the color management starting with her skin tones. Her skin is very grayish, which gives her an unhealthy appearance.

that i would agree... it just did not appear out the same as the original i had. I should blame myself for not first shrinking it into the appropriate size... my bad

She looks much healthier on flickr but I find the background colors to be a bit overwhelming. The depth of field is just right to emphasize the importance of the woman, but the pinkish reds keep pulling my eye from her. I think that an out of focus background should give context to an image without serving as a distraction. I recommend some more work on the color management and possibly some slight desaturation of the background colors.

She looks fine, the background doesn't work. I'd try a proportional crop to put her on the right vertical third, or more harshly, try putting her on the left vertical third. The reason for suggesting the latter is to get rid of the mess red section in the background on the left which is a big distraction.

I have had this problem with the attachment system as well. If you upload anything other than sRGB, it won't come out well, but even sRGB images have come out all muted and ruined for me. I guess if you attach an image, you should really size it first, as you say.

The crop from Brooke Meyer isn't bad, but isn't what I had in mind. I want to try to keep the logs if possible as they add color contrast to the image (as do her jeans). The

Excepting the colour balance I like the original photo composition it gives the context of being outdoors and in the woods, the girl is dressed for the outdoors. If it was my shot I would slightly correct the skin colour and desaturate the background colour. It is a good capture of a beautiful model.

Hi

I don't like the flickr image so much. The background is too red. So I think you should attempt to correct the face only and leave the background as is which looks just about right.

Here is what I think would look better. Very nice picture by the way.

Greetings
