As for the first, I would have loved to see the foliage in focus within the weeded water frame — but this depends on what you are going for. Besides that, the shot is good, just leaves me wanting.

The second shot is awesome!! Really good atmosphere and mood set with the lighting; like a still, dead moment caught in time just before people walk in and fill the room/scene with life again. The spotlight from the window on your subject (the table) really pulls me into the shot, while the contrast of the shadows also gives me the patience to simply observe and enjoy from the darkness. Very nice.
