Not too bad, but the cropping throws the subject too far to one side, her left eye should be where the last third begins, IMO.

Good detail in the shadows, and you capture all the different textures of skin, clothing, and jewelry very well.

Overall, I really like the colors, from the bright scarf to the subtle green in the eyes and the auburn hair, the white on the hand is a little overexposed so a little detail is lost in the knuckles

I don't think the focal length used is particularly flattering for this type of shot, but that's taking the assumption your not artistically trying to distort the image...
