I get lost in the vortex of Photoshop and can no longer decipher what looks good, what looks natural, and what is neither.

Noise is terribly distracting. Probably too much of a crop. Noise reduction smooths things so much it looks painted. Try to find in between and it still sucks.

My only suggestion is to clone out the circle in the top right corner. Otherwise, I like the PP on your B&W.
