My wife and I did our first engagement shoot last weekend - we think it went really well and are quite happy with the photos.
It was the first shoot for us to do with someone that wasn't family. The photos in this link were all taken by me with the DA* 50-135 - my wife took some pictures with the FA 28mm and FA 77mm which we may upload later (though she graciously gave me the primary shooter position and was an awesome assistant, using the reflector and holding the dogs so we could get couple shots alone - couldn't have done it without her!).
I began the shoot with the FA77, since I love that lens, and strongly prefer primes, but after just a few shots I changed to the DA* 50-135 due to the rate at which things were happening. All in all, I'm very pleased with the results from the lens (mostly used wide open), but would greatly appreciate any advice on framing, giving balance to the photos as well as post processing advice. We do not have a calibrated monitor (we are planning on getting a calibrator in the future...), so I'd be happy to know how the pictures look on a calibrated monitor also.
Many thanks!

P.S. Photos were all done in RAW with white balance set to Multi-Auto. Most of our post processing in Lightroom 5 included tweaks to saturation/vibrance, cropping and adjusting exposure (with some small changes to the highlights etc.).
