Hey,

any ideas how to make better that image?

If you want to have more in focus, use a smaller aperture like f11 or f16. A smaller aperture will also reduce your vignetting. Also, the longer your focal length is, the shorter your depth of field will be, so maybe try standing closer and use 50mm or 35mm. Not sure why you used -1 exposure compensation, you have a lot of shutter speed to play with, you could easily go down to 1/500 and still freeze motion from wind. Online Depth of Field Calculator

I shot in aperture priority mode so couldn't change shutter speed for given aperture. So used -1 because, in my subjective opinion, exposure was better.
Less focus in selected frame was intentional to give more artistic/blurred sensation
