I just got my k-50 this week with the 18-135mm kit lens. I took some photos walking around to check it out. This is my first DSLR and i just started learning lightroom and how to shoot with manual exposure controls. Any general suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Hi, welcome and thanks for the link to your photos.

They look great. On a few, the horizon looks slightly off level. Maybe check out the electronic horizon level feature in your K-50? Its very handy.

You've got some good pics and your exposures look like they're on the money. The one thing I'd say is, "Get closer". There were a few pics where I wanted to see the subject isolated more. Overall though, for your first batch of pics from your first DSLR, "Well done!"
