Very nice, atmospheric shot. I only would perhaps do some tiny touch ups with balancing shadows and highlights - and emphesie her face a bit . Here is what I would do - as per A picture is worth a thousand words saying - of course you can do much better working on RAW!

Thank you. Her face looks better now with your touch, but I'm not sure if I like blends with the sky.

Yeah all depends on the taste. But my goal was to lighten the image , especially those darker areas but also the sky in order to emphasize the subject , and that was achieved by reduced clarity to the sky and balanced overall with lightening the image just to avoid sort of gloomy mood , and turn it into something more of a mixture of romantic / nostalgic aura,
In either case its a good image to work with !

Remove the satchel, place the clothes more smoothly, turn her head slightly more towards you. Play with tones to suit your liking.

It's already nice as it is.

I like your photo. I would just change the image format to a 16:9 ratio. I find removing space above the person gives her more presence. A pinch more contrast and there it is.
