This is the first of day photo of a day trip to an air show in Sacramento, CA. I changed the white balance but shooting into the sun remained an challenge the remainder of the day.

What would you do with this?

I would remove the color cast. Then crop it a bit how every you prefer. Maybe something along these lines

Along lines of previous edit.

Fix white balance (Adobe Camera Raw)
Adjust levels and contrast. Boost shadows in particular (Adobe Camera Raw)
Crop (Adobe Camera Raw)
Remove some unsightly objects using clone and spot removal tools. (Photoshop Elements)

WB, Tone - esp highligts, more shadow detail, got rid of some clutter and modest crop.

These is really neat. I always through removing unwanted objects of size left more unwanted artifacts in the image.
