First critique, first time with a wide angle.
Lens: 08 Wide Zoom Camera: Pentax Q10 Photo Location: Walt Disney Music Hall ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/1500s Aperture: F5

Aiming a little lower would have helped to avoid the excess of brightness of the sky and to show the building on its founding grounds. Also the horizon needs to be corrected. PP can help help solve the latter and cropping good part of the sky can help direct the eye to your intended subject. Hope this helps.

I'd say either pick a specific bit of the building as a subject (so, maybe not such a wide angle), or get the whole thing on the shot. +1 to straightening horizons.
