A little too much light reflecting above her lip. I don't like the hair, as it takes up too much of the shot.

That's great, Kay350!

A beauty dish is very difficult to get right, but you did it and there are nice strong shadows without hiding the eyes - well done.

I would suggest that since her hair is in front of the shoulder on the left, it should be behind her on the right.

I agree about too much hair. Did you try playing with any cropping? I thought starting the image about mid forehead and crop down so ear is removed but the face is all in for shape. The bottom would be where you would adjust to taste. I think a little bit of the brown shirt on her shoulder and skin should be visible. No shirt would be visible at her neck area I think. You then have a line via her eye, nose, touch of shoulder and another from the one long run of hair.

I would try cropping in tight and maybe dimming the light just ever so slightly
good job overall
