Looking on what should have been improved to make it look better.

I would crop tighter and use a vertical format

Nothing much to improve. you made a great shot. Animals moves, and especially birds move quickly, so I'd say you've made a great shot here.

I think it's a great shot. I would make one change: selective denoising of the green, to make it a little smoother at full size. Other than that, great capture.

Overall it is a very nice capture. I think Lowell may have had the right Idea and I would like to see a tighter crop in a vertical crop.

Very nice!
I humbly submit that if it were my shot, I'd bump up the exposure about half a stop. It's a photo in bright sunshine and I usually try to make those a bit brighter to be faithful to the scene. I'd add a bit of dehaze too, to restore some saturation and contrast affected by adding EV, Also denoise it a bit more, giving a creamier bokha. Not much of anything, just small amounts really. Like others mentioned, I'd crop it vertical too, to better define the moment.

I'll throw my personal thoughts into the ring. Whether they would make for a better shot or not, I don't know. I find the background distracting. It isn't blurry enough to be a wall of colour, and it isn't in focus or sharp enough to make out details. So maybe a different choice of aperture depending on which way you wanted to change things. As noted above you could also do this in post-processing.

I can't see any flaws. Very sharp with good bokeh.
