Small thing, but I think this would work better if you rotated it to straighten the horizon. Not just because it is noticeably not straight, which is a bit distracting, but because straightening it will also increase the slope of the foreground rocks, and this will make the image feel more dynamic. That slope relates nicely to the lines of the clouds.

Love these pictures way out in the wilderness - although there might be a town near by, when you turn around. The picture is not that sharp, but in this view it doesn't matter.

Nice composition with lines in the rocks leading towards the lake. Agree with previous comment re horizon.

i think if your original photo is raw footage, you can increase contrast partly near seaside. if not, very good.

Most of the times I under expose, and then try and bring out the highlights and contrast in Lightroom

So looking forward to seeing this place, late October, not long to go now. Did you use any filters? Sky is a little blown out, always difficult in these situations, but also the difference between good and great. Straightening a must.
Its an image with a lot of potential.
