I agree that the lack of sharpness is what mostly makes the picture not as good as it could be.
The other thing - for me - is that the left side of the bridge was cut off.
I'm fine with the reflections, I think they would look good if the picture was sharp. You could probably have hand-held with ISO 1600 and 1/8s and cleaned up the noise in post, but God knows if it would still be sharp because the boat was moving. Tough job! I think you still did pretty well considering the circumstances.
