Hi to all Pentaxians,

I wish you happy and productive (personal and photographic) year 2018! After a long time of my absence, I would like to post one image from summer airshow (Foto/Video | Slovak International Air Fest 2017 Airport Slia?) at Sliac airbase near Banska Bystrica in Slovakia. It depicts beautifully painted Mil Mi-24/35 of Czech airforce. It was a great day with many amazing aircrafts like: A380, B-52, F-16, F-18, Eurofighter Typhoon, JAS 39 Gripen, various choppers, acrobatic, WW2, and others.

I like this shot! The angle and framing are composition are great. A couple of things to improve- would be nice to lift the shadows under the wings, see a bit more motion in the rotor, and be just a little charter in the center. Also, maybe pop the colors in the sky just a little?

I love this shot. I am an aviation buff so I really enjoy this type of shot. The sharpness and composition are dead on. My only critique is that there seems to be a halo around the helicopter. I don't know if it is natural in the shot or the result of post processing. For that matter I guess it could even be my computer screen. Regardless of that, I think it is a great photo.

Wonderful shot, I don't know who does the paint job but recall seeing one with an eagle head wrapped around the cockpit. I always loved the design, we used to say the uglier an aircraft the better it will fly and this about takes the biscuit.
