BW definitely... Greens are too saturated and some blown out.

B&W preferred of the 2 versions.


I like the background green but the bright foreground green is distracting. If this was my photo I would experiment with it: highlight recovery, decrease saturation, decrease green luminance. A crop, removing all the green below the visible part of the boot, is another option.
