It's a beautiful picture that would be great, I think, if you could clone out that cut off baloon on the left. I wouldn't change anything else, I love the colors and the effect from the sun.

I am in two minds about this one.
Balloon launch with rising sun behind fog behind the balloon.
I have overblown the sun, and the sky is a bit queer with the line of the fog/sky going out at angles from the balloon.
What do others think?

Love the way you used the flare to create such an amazing image. Perfectly composed. I think maybe a couple of ND filters would have helped. But none the less the composition is fantastic!

Very nice. Maybe I would crop the balloon at the left.

The balloon shape projecting into the fog makes this photo wonderful.

The blown out sun is distracting but not a fatal flaw. Usable as is. I would try recovering the highlights but would not worry if they are too blown out.

A beautiful moment, mood, and colours. Curious about the original-aspect ratio framing - possibly some room for tweaking? Would likely try and take the image into DxO PhotoLab and see what highlights could be rescued via local adjustments, and if not, if I couldn't make the transition between the blown-out and not-yet-clipped areas a little less pronounced. And as others have suggested, I would definitely also try a b/w conversion in Silver Efex Pro.

Looks good like this. Only thing i would have done different is to include or exclude more of the balloon to the left.

Beautiful! I'd only fix the horizon, and moved in closer to get the second balloon out of frame. I find my eye drawn to it as a distraction. A crop may improve it.

Just great photo. Ground, fog people and shadows i love it. Wonder if there was an option to go down with exposure of the sun.

Yes as you say you've "overblown the sun"... but without doing that, you'd have lost all that great atmospheric detail of all the folk on the ground.
