It's a very interesting shot, for sure. The main subject is her eyes and they seem to tell a story. Well done.

An assured intimate portrait conveying strong emotion. Since the eyes are at the centre of the viewer's attention, I think I would try to burn the eye regions ever so slightly to restore a little light in them. It needs to look natural, but it would help the viewer feel the model's melancholy even stronger IMO.

This works perfectly in B&W, and I support madaboutpix' suggestion about burning the eyes and notably the model's left eye. On the whole I like this a lot.
