Great B&W tones. She's a beauty. interesting what you've done here...the harshness of the concrete against the soft flesh, the high contrast of the black skirt and white blouse. You've isolated her hip well but I think you could achieve that with less disjointing from the rest of the body. Perhaps if you put her hips closer to the wall just a bit, the line from her head to her hips would be smoother - curvier instead of angular? Just my take on it. I'm not a portrait photographer so ... You've got a nice handle on your vision for the image.
