If the Marriott sign is suppose to be the subject it seems too dark and too small. Overall the image is too dark as well and I think the white balance is off. For the white balance I would have chosen daylight and let the orange sodium vapor light fill the scene. This would have also gotten the Marriott sign red instead of the pale orange. Again assuming that the Marriott sign is the subject it shouldn't be placed in the center as it basically is. The street light in the bottom right of the frame is rather distracting as is the large overhang on the left side

Thanks MossyRocks, it’s been very tricky to try and get the red as I see it without too much under exposure, over expose and it goes orange. I’ll try the daylight setting next time, sine auto and tungsten have not worked.

Sodium vapor lamps are always a problem when dealing with with balance as they basically throw off 2 wavelengths of light that make up that awful orange they give off. I would suggest exposing for Marriott sign to get the saturation and brightness correct and let the the rest of the scene be. You may want to bracket the shot as well shooting 3 shots with a 1.3 or 1.7 stop EV step and combine exposures in post processing.
