Fireworks? From the exif info it reads iso 800 but a long exposure. I think normally on long exposures one would dial the ISO down to the lowest. Also I think there is lots of camera shake but Im guessing.

I just don't find the image interesting. It isn't bad and it is clear that you had deliberate camera movement but on this image it seems like it is trying to make up for it being a meh image. I think I find it just too abstract to process and the placement of things don't provide context. Abstract can be good and I do delve into some more abstract images and frequently it goes off the rails but sometimes it works. I don't think this image went off the rails but isn't something that stand out to me as interesting. It also seems like there are 2 subjects and the only thing that relates them is the camera shake.

Have you tried this one in colour instead? I think having B&W with the camera shake makes you focus more on the blur. If you have the colour from the firework it may help with the abstract nature.

The blurry effect is wonderful! but the lots of black space and the second subject are unnecessary to me. Try to crop down and compare with the original to see if you can improve the composition, thanks for sharing!
