Through my window
Lens: SMCPentax-FAJ 75-300 Camera: K100D Photo Location: KZN

Well I had this lens all the time and fished it out of the cupboard yesterday. Now this seems to help with the focusing.... This Photo was taken through my window, it had been raining .

This feels a little underexposed but I absolutely love the colors. (Of course, purple is my favorite color so I'm biased.)

I guess I do play a little too much with the exposure...

The colors are nice but maybe over-saturated a bit? And a bit under-exposed as well. Still nice to look at, and it helps that I love bougainvilleas

The empty space in the upper left is nice. Many people would crop that away but I like the composition as is.

I feel it's underexposed and oversaturated. Boost overall brightness and then maybe adjust colors. Alternatively, if you know how to adjust individual colors, brighten only the purple and decrease green saturation to feature the foreground.

The window reflection in the lower right is a distraction.

The direct flash kinda ruins it for me, Almost impossible to tell whether the leaves are wet or not.

The leaves were not wet as they are under the eaves and the flash was unexpected! i thought there was enough light. Wasn't what i was looking for..

I don't mind that it is a bit under exposed, but yes lower the saturation a little. Love the purple it does make the leaves pop.

I like the combination of colors and I really like that it is oversaturated. Good composition.

dreamy capture. The colors work well and you isolated the purple leaves beautifully.

Wonderful photograph, the flare and oof zones makes the picture dreamy; love the over-saturated colors, if you can consistently repeat this aesthetic you can make a nice series of vivid colors!

You could try rotate+flip the picture, vertically it looks like flames

Thanks for sharing
